Try using Squirrel Mail. It's more user-friendly and easy to setup...

Software error:
Can't locate neomail.conf in @INC (@INC contains:
/usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005
/var/neomail) at /home/httpd/cgi-bin/neomail.pl line 37.
Try changing the neomail.conf world-readable and see if it works.
