[plug] mailing attachement scripts

here is another script i have to create... for this one, i would like a file to be attached to an email... i have been using /bin/mail for awhile... when i did a man mail, /bin/mail does not have options for attaching a file... do you guys know of another command i can use to send a file attachment through email... or another way of doing it.
