William, To complement your list, I recommend that you get a copy of each school's curriculum so that we can compare courses offered by each one. This will be a basis to form a 'cross-enrolment' scheme with other schools - just in case one school lacks expertise on one field of study in Computer Science. For instance, UPD BSCS does not have expertise in Human Computer Communications - this should be a great course to teach but no expert so far.
