[plug] LINUX Log-in and Password window

Im trying to setup a dial-in connection (REDHAT LINUX 7.2). What files do i need to edit so that when i dial in using my laptop (WINDOWS 2K) that will invoke a logon and password window for me to Log on. I already edit the /etc/inittab and i used the agetty.   Thanks cris
