There are SDIO 802.11b and bluetooth cards available.

Also, by next year, we should see 1 and 2 GB SDIO cards, with MMC following closely behind.
The Z sure is a step ahead since it has both available.
The trend seems to be that CF will be used mostly for hardware expansion while SDIO/MMC will be delegated to storage.
However, since people need storage, (and LOTS of it!), and since CF format storage is cheaper per MB compared to SDIO/MMC, it may be better on the pocket to invest in CF as storage and use the two cards above to connect.
