Question: why is it that sometimes I receive mails which has our domain
on it but not registerd?
Like this mail for example. Wordtext.systems is a foreign mail but it
has our domain name on it.
How does this happen? Is this a virus? Does my mail server has a problem
already?

This forging has happened to our mailserver also. This is basically done by spammers.
If you use postfix version 2 this will be avoided by default.

In main.cf:
local_recipient_maps = $alias_maps unix:passwd.byname
