Are you sure you have a 1.8 GHz P3? I believe P3's haven't reached that
speed. You probably have a Pentium-4 Xeon. Those P4s have Hyperthreading
since it was first released. CPUs with Hyperthreading appears as 2 CPUs
instead of just one for non-Hyperthreading-aware OSes, and Linux is one of
'em (at least not yet, but I read they're working on it at 2.5 branch). It
just detects it as a SMP system with 2 CPUs for each P4-Xeon CPU. WindowsXP
with SP1, I believe is the only Hyperthreading-aware OS as of now.
