After many years with flex-2.5.4a and bison-1.15, the developers of these two packages have come out with several new releases. Now we have flex-2.5.31 and bison-1.875, and the development still continues.
We notice that the new releases changed a few things: For one, the support files of bison are now different. Did anything else change? Do old programs break when they use these new tools?
