hi! with my cable-net connection when i try downloading something frm the net, and simultaneously ping my gateway, i.e. ping 10.1.125.1, after a few minutes my net connection freezes and i start getting "Request timed out." for my ping.
i tried calling the ISP, he said it could be prob with switch. i had to reset it. infact, my observation showed it didnt make any diff. though the net was restored. my isp uses software router called mikrotik and squid proxy. what could be wrong? and how can i get a smooth connection? thanx Ratnakar __________________________________________________ Yahoo!
