We're being slightly off-topic here, but anyway, here's my two cents:

It really depends on who's going to use it.

You can have the fanciest code generation tools money can buy, but if
your programmers and designers don't know how to use it effectively,
then it might even be less efficient than coding by hand.

You can try training one person first and see if he/she is
significantly more efficient using these tools than coding the old
way. If you think that the benefits you gained from the tool justify
its cost, then go ahead. Don't be dazzled by whizbang presentations;
too often, expensive software collects dust.
