i jut recently installed a mandrake in my transmeta crusoe, with a ALi Chipset, as expected i got an error that says :
Ali15x3: not 100% native mode; will not probe irqs later. and it will freeze. So to avoid this, i had to execute this command before the installation : linux ide0=ata66 ide1=ata66 pci=bios and it the linux mandrake installed successfully. HOWEVER, it seems that by doing the ide0 and ide1, it made my linux slow.
