These are usually in the zone file for zzz.yyy.xxx.in-addr.arpa, where
your network address is xxx.yyy.zzz.0 (Class C). The zone file for
this contains PTR records. If you're using it for internal network
addresses, it's a matter of declaring your DNS server as being
"master" for the said zone. Otherwise, you need to get delegated
authority from the owner of yyy.zzz.in-addr.arpa and so on and so forth.
