Nice article, he says that it all depends upon the
interpretation, maybe one interpretation that might
have a significant impact on the case between IBM and
SCO is the interpretation of  AT&T, the original owner
of UNIX and the one that made the license. right?

meaning jfs and some other things that IBM contributed
to the Linux kernel which the SCO group says they own
is really owned by IBM. 


but ofcourse the last word is always the judge thats
handling the case.
