curious, what hardware are you using for the dial-up? a single modem for the 10 users? what's the chipset of the modem? external(of course?)?
for starters, radius might be overkill, for just 10 users, you can get away without radius... iptables will take care of the port restrictions. uhm... load balancing? why would you want that?
