So does PACS, when it's mismanaged :C. Actually both devel models are at risk, sin much of today's biz actually rely on both, so the distinction of these models are somewhat blurred... What I mean when I wrote 'everybody' was about the apparent attribute of superiority in FOSS as compared to PACS, not the superiority assertion per se.
