covert channels? covert as in "hidden"(generic dictionary meaning?)
or r they referring to "covert channels" in networking concepts? making use or exploiting of existing protocols like smtp or http?

but that doesnt really answer my question. im curious about this so called covert channel that seems like spam that filipinos are supposed to be good at conversing.
