Both the CIMD2 spec i have, and the Kannel source code (1.3.2) define
Service Description to be from 0-9 only. Oh well...

anyway the fix is pretty obvious naman (even my dumb-ass 30-second fix
will work, although the one posted by Pong is a bit more elegant).
