the easiest would be to use postfix's body_checks directive in main.cf, something like this.
body_checks = regexp:/etc/postfix/bodychecks
then in the file /etc/postfix/bodychecks put something like (one-liner):
^(content.*[[:space:]]+|[[:space:]]*)(filename|name)=".*\.(scr|exe|pcx|tmp|com|bat|shs|shb|vxd|cmd|rm|pif|gen|chm|vbs|ini|reg|js|jse|ceo|html|htm)"/ REJECT Your comment here.
on postfix versions 2-up, use mime_header_checks instead of body_checks.
