I have trouble perfecting my aterm (0.4.2) and GNU screen (4.00.02) setup. I read the Keyboard-and-Console HOWTO but it didn't really help me solve the inconsistencies. Here are the problems:
In aterm when not yet running a screen session, pressing a C-l produces a new line but does not clear the screen contents. However, in a screen session, C-l clears the screen. Mouse support only works when not in a screen session (e.g. using the pull down menus in midnight commander with the mouse). Could you point me to any resources/documents that would help me iron this out? So far I haven't found any documents that relate to my problem in particular.
