for a second :) )

   1) is the official version of that mandrake release already
available to the public?
   2) are the software packages in the powerpack version exactly equal
to the software packages in the download edition (meaning they only
differ in the manuals and support services)?
   3) are there no extra packages in the powerpack version that is not
freely distributable?

if the answer to those 3 are all yes, then i would say that those iso
images are legally distributable. if not then it is still (to my
opinion) tantamount to posting against good faith because those are
not yet officially released to the general public.
   
anyway, i know that your intention is good. im just trying to validate
if posting those links is ethical or not.
