What distro can you boot?
Anyway, the general answer would be to edit your lilo.conf
add:
image = <vmlinuz location>
root = /dev/<hd partition>
label = <LABEL>
read-only
if you need to load initrd, add:
initrd = <initrd location>
Then reload lilo. HTH.
