the script itself is in full path.
0 6 * * * * /usr/local/sbin/update.sh

and the script only contains:
#!/bin/bash
#
/usr/sbin/up2date --nox -uv | mail -s "RHEL 3.0 up2date" [EMAIL PROTECTED]
