what's the URL of the PDF file?  they use frames there, so you'll
want to surf to the page that has the link and then get the
browser to open the column on the right in a new tab or
window so you can get the URL straight to there.

i'm looking at:

http://www.pse.org.ph/html/MarketInformation/indexcomposition.jsp?sector=ALL

and it's just HTML, so you could write something that reads
the quotes out of there.  shouldn't be hard, if you use regexps.

if you've got a budget, there's probably someone here who would
be willing to do it for a fee.
