First advise: follow previously posted advise by some other PLUGger to
use PLUG's entity as a non-stock non-profit organization (is it?) to
communicate with customs about the Ubuntu distributions and get them out
tax free.

Second advise: tell Ubuntu to put the Philippines in a "ban list" of
sorts and stop sending CDs our way. PLUG can take care of burning
GNU/Linux on CDs for interested parties via the secretariat.
