This may sound wierd but I suggest the Open Source community cooperate with Microsoft and other members of the BSA in enforcing copyrights on software. The stuff MS sells in boxes or pre-installed is not the direct competition to Linux or Open Office. It's the illegal CD's in Malls that do. So the best course is to look for someone else with the same vested interest in charging money for software - Microsoft. (And let's not forget Apple, Sun, Adobe and everybody else.)

Are there any moves in congress already regarding this?
