i've downloaded Gimpshop which is the latest build of Gimp, with reworked menus to make it as close to photoshop as possible. (i don't know what value this might have for you guys..)
if you don't want to fire up a torrent client, http://myphotos.dyndns.org/gimpshop.rpm it should work on FC2 or FC3, but requires Gtk+-2.4.4 (my ancient FC2 used-yum-only-rarely only have 2.4.0 so i'm yum'ming away right now).
