I would agree on this one - but in reality it's easier said than done,
given that most PLUG people would also be having day-time work during
the bulk of the week-days. Things like these would have to be planned
thoroughly.
I do provincial visits occasionally. Unfortunately, CDO is not one of the program areas of my NGO at present. I think there are other comrades who go to other provinces from time to time, either. When PLUG has enough funds, perhaps it can spend some amount for such important gatherings.
It's just a matter of organizing (as what Paolo expressed) these resources. But in organizing work, there must be leaders or people who lead in the preparation.
