Quite interestingly, Postfix seems to be set up in such a way that it's supposed to make the switch from Sendmail quite painless. There's even a "sendmail" binary that runs Postfix, if my memory serbes me right. Of course I'm just a Postfix user, not an expert. All you Postfix guys out there would know better.
