No problem with your Linux box then: it can route traffic to both
subnets. What you want is for a client on subnet 1 (192.168.0.0/27) to
"see" a client on subnet 2 (192.168.0.32/27), right?

Just do what Kenneth suggested: make eth0 the gateway for subnet 1,
and eth1 for subnet 2; enable IP forwarding, etc. While you're at it,
you may want to upgrade your distro.
