For a cheap yet future-proof (for at least another 2-3 years) mobo
that meets your hardware qualifications, you might want to consider
the MSI RS480-M2 a good value for money, considering that it has
integrated audio, video (it can be ran at VESA mode at the moment as
it uses an ATI controller :( ) and NIC. Compatible with Athlon64 or
Sempron with socket 939 and you can have RAM run in dual channel mode.
It also has integrated fireware, audio and SATA controllers, as well
as a free PCI-Express slot for future use and other goodies
(SPDIF-out, S-Video, composite TV-out).
