The .com domain is still being hosted by linode and the host still has an

you've received from the list to confirm.

Daniel,

Looking at github.com I discovered that the .com name is active, but it
used to be under the .org name. I used the URL in the monthly subscription
message to try to unsubscribe and it pointed to the .org TLD.

If that's where the email is originating, I believe you host your own mail
server, so you can add that "45.33.84.65 ledger123.org" to your mail
server's /etc/hosts file and try to send an email.

There's been no mail on the list for several years and I stopped using
the application long ago. Rather than wasting time on this (yours, John's,
mine, etc.) I just added that domain name to /etc/postfix/badaddr and future
monthly reminders will be rejected.

I did sent Armaghan a message at his gmail address but when he switched
TLDs he didn't notify me; perhaps not any other list subscriber, either.

Thanks,

Rich
