I'm on a Debian Stretch system. In the old days, there was
/etc/inittab and you could adjust the number of consoles there.
I want there to be zero running consoles on a graphical boot. I
haven't gotten my Yubikey to work with console login yet, but I have
gotten it to work with X login so long as I keep the system hostname
the same. My security goal is no easy access without the Yubikey.
To that end, I may put a bios and grub password on the system.
