I know a lot of people will recommend Filezilla but you shouldn't need to
use it. I'd try the default and see if you can get that working. Go with
Filezilla only if it has some features you really want/need.
I've used ncftp, ftp, sftp, and wget for years with no problems. I don't
need or want filezilla but thought it was required when I too quickly read the
instructions (now available for download; see my response to Wes' message
for the URL to get the .pdf file.)
