It sounds like you might benefit from a much cheaper ferromagnetic line
conditioner/stabilizer than having to buy a UPS if you don't care about
power outages. What is your power company? My city has their own power
company so I don't usually have problems like that, but 2 towns over
there's a brownout that kills servers any time one of the warehouses
move their crane.
