[PLUG] How do I move the mouse cursor using the Debian Terminal?

Hello everyone,
Some background information that may help with the answering process is
that I have the Debian terminal from the Microsoft Store, VcXsrv Windows X
Server, and LXDE. I tried to install xdotool, but it didn't work. The
question is how do I move the mouse cursor using the Debian Terminal?
