I have a printer connected to the same unmanaged switch as one of my ubuntu boxes, but I cannot get the device manager to see the printer, even if I manually add the ip address, both are getting 192.168.0.x addresses.
I've tried changing the connection speed and making sure the printer is set to ipv4. This printer has always been reachable when I connect it and a machine directly to the router. I'm really not sure what to test or try next. Any suggestions? Thanks, Chris Purcell
