Michael, The sound comes from web sites, not locally. I've two condensor mics, one a stand-alone AudioTechnica UA2500USB the other part of a Yamaha headset. Locally recorded voice is fine, and I don't know anything about web sites and sound to understand why they are unclear when they come of my Creative Pebble (version 1 or 2, not the current 3) speakers.
