I use NordVPN and it runs under Ubuntu, iPhone, Windows 7/10, Android and ChromeBook. I have only used Windows 7 and 10 only. I know there is Windows 11 but I have used it as of yet. Under Ubuntu is uses OpenVPN. I like on Ubuntu since it more configurable compared to iPhone, Windows and ChromeBook. May also run under Mac OS but I have no experience with a Mac.
