I am fond of ancient Logitech two-button USB ball mice
with scroll wheels. Surprisingly, I can't find any
(new or used) on eBay (including Free Geek online
store), craigslist, etsy ...

Most people seem to prefer "wireless" (aka radio noise)
or optical (surface-dependent) or trackballs. Plenty
of those, new and used, but not what I want, for now.

Anyone have spare Logitech (two-button USB ball) mice
they would like to sell?

I am currently transitioning from CentOS to MateUbuntu,
and I temporarily have many pairs of systems side by
side, replicating decades of CentOS customization on
the new MateUbuntu systems. I've deployed all 6 of
my Logitech ball mice, plus an offbrand Dexxa.

I have a few optical mice, which work sorta OK, but
I want to focus on the systems, not on learning
variant mouse behaviors, especially for CAD tools.

In the longer term, after the transition, I can get
by with the mice I have. I can make simple repairs,
but they will eventually fail, perhaps before I do.
Spares desirable.
