I'm just curious as to what others have experienced with the nouveau drivers vs
using the nvidia drivers (i'm using Mint).
For a number of years I had nVidia cards in my desktop computers. At
some point I realized that the Intel hardware was good enough and pulled
the nVidia cards and switched (of course) to the nouveau drivers. But,
during that time, I did not have a problem with the nVidia drivers. This
laptop is the first machine I've had with built-in nVidia hardware. The
nouveau drivers are working fine.
