[PLUG] Brave browser: clear cache

I want to clear the cache in the Brave browser. Web pages tell me to go to
Settings -> Advanced settings -> Privacy and Security ...

But, there's no Privacy and Security link available in brave-browser-1.39.122
installed here.

Suggestions?
