Wes, Oh. I thought that the translators were designed to do the translation properly. My limited knowledge about video cards lead me to believe the WX-2100 was better for the spatial modeling graphics I do than was the RX-550. The latter seems to be quite popular as they fill almost the first page on Amazon as 'video cards with hdmi.' I'll replace the WX-2100 with the RX-550. Thanks, Rich
