It was a hardware issue. Zoom would not work with the Panasonic headphones or speakers. But, it has no problem with the Yamaha CM500 headset where both mic and headphone are together. Tested on a 2-person Zoom meeting. Problem totally resolved. Thanks everyone for your helpful and informative comments. I learned a lot from all of you. Regards, Rich
