Great News!

It's official, the DC court has decided in favor of the EFF and other
groups that the FCC had no right to impose the Copy Protection Bit in
the HDTV Specification. The July 1st deadline that would have made
manufacturing or importing HDTV tuner cards such as the pcHDTV HD-3000
illegal is now void.

This means pcHDTVs' HD-3000 tuner card will still be sold after July 1st.
We are still going to do the group buy. The price looks like it will be
$150.00 per card.
