The data  you presented  looked fine,  however, I  am still  unable make
queries against your DNS server:

$ dnsq ns biocoin.com 69.60.117.0
2 biocoin.com:
connection refused

If you  expect other nameservers to  be able to resolve  your domain you
will want to open the firewall (or at make sure named is indeed running)
to allow queries on port 53 UDP (and if sometimes TCP).
