Gnucash and Small Business

I haven't followed all the recent gnucash and budgeting thread but am 
curious who on the list runs a small business with gnucash?

I have a small chiropractic office, and am curious what other's 
experiences have been using gnucash to track and report on revenue, to 
prepare financial statements and to prepare one's taxes?
