Ashdown Speaks to UVSC Linux Users Group (UVLUG.org)

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--Seeking support from Utah County's technology
community, Pete Ashdown, the Democratic US Senate candidate and
President of XMission, will speak to the Utah Valley State College Linux
Users Group. A Linux user himself, Ashdown will give a presentation on
Open Source Politics and how government can listen to Utah's tech users
and developers. "We're excited to have Pete give his ideas about how the open-source revolution can reach into government," UVSC LUG
President Stephen Shaw said. The public is invited to listen and ask
questions. Ashdown will also be available for media questions and
