So now you've got a language which requires that you use an advanced
IDE in order to get any work done.  Is that really something you want
to admit in public?

One could make a convincing argument that Unix was an advanced
development environment for C programs.  It just had a different
architectural philosophy.  There's no shame in using powerful tools.
