When I worked at Verio, if we installed the sendmail RBLs, it would
bring an immediate halt to almost all their spam. It definitely works.
Furthermore, I never ran into anyone that wasn't able to get email from
someone they wanted to get email from as a result of the RBLs. It
happens, but it's rare, especially compared to the amount of spam blocked.
