It will look like something went "wrong" with you (aka, you went crazy) going from white collar to blue collar and, instead of ever asking you (or researching to realize you were in school then), they will just "next" your resume right out of consideration. Fair? Not likely, but ...what is? Also, there's no better time than now to for a break in your employment to be ok. Just note that you are in school during the time (not home brushing up your xbox kinect skills). Good luck getting that done.
